Carrie Osman, licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1995, enjoyed a thriving corporate and business law practice until she moved to Monterrey, Mexico with her husband in 1999.   Thereafter, she worked in a large international law firm in Monterrey, until she became a full-time mother.  Carrie, who has lived in Mexico for 8 years, has experienced first hand how cultural differences can impact a family and a business and brings that unique experience to providing legal solutions to her international clients.

Law Offices of Mike Kreager, P.C., Attorney.  Concentration in corporate and business law.  Experience includes mergers, acquisitions, the negotiation and preparation of a diversity of agreements, including stock option, shareholder, buy-sell, and employment; as well as rendering general corporation, business and tax advice to corporate clients.  Experience also includes estate planning, wills, trusts, family limited partnerships, probate, and tax matters, the preparation of agreements with financial institutions, and the preparation and review of documents relating to the sale, transfer and lease of real property.  September 1996 – March 1999. 

Jeffers, Brook, Kreager and Gragg, Inc., Attorney and Law Clerk.  Researched federal taxation, corporate, securities and health care law; assisted in business transactions.  April 1995 – September 1996.
